I have received the item featured without charge for purposes of this review.  As always, all opinions and experiences expressed are my own.

As a blogger who is constantly on the go, I am always searching for a way to keep my electronics going with me.  Chances are that after commuting into the city, Tweeting, Instagraming and Facebooking my way through live coverage of an event and then heading back home I am usually with one or two devices that are dead.  Daddy D has gotten more than one phone call from the commuter bus pulling out of the Port Authority saying “I made the 4:30 bus, but my phone is going to d…”.  And inevitably it does mid sentence.

That’s why I am putting the MyCharge Summit 3000 on this year’s Holiday Gift Guide.  I have tried many a portable charger and this is leaps and bounds above the rest.

I love that all of the connections and cords are built right into the unit.  That’s right, no need to carry cords too!  The myCharge 3000 has a USB port, Micro-USB connector and an Apple connector (4th generation devices and below).  You can even charge three devices at once.

I love the ultra fast wall charging, as well as the power capabilities.  I also love that it tells you exactly how much power is remaining in the charger.

I’m loving this device and am happy to recommend it for the tech loving, charge needing recipient on your gift list!
